1. To provide an area for the unit to communicate to the world the achievements, honors, hopes, dreams, ambitions, and fears of the cadet.
2. To provide a place where parents and friends can find out what the unit is doing in the near term, and what the unit believes is important.
3. To provide a place for cadets' pictures and thier words.
4. To provide a place for Corps of Cadets to publicly acknowledge their supporters.
5. To provide a place for cadets to learn to use the technology of the internet.
